The Golden gate bridge is such an iconic landmark and when I was there in 2006 I took this photo. We arrived in San Francisco to a beautiful clear day and settled into our hotel room and then went to explore the city. We caught a bus that was going to take us around for us to see the Golden Gate Bridge but as we sat on the bus we noticed the clear weather started to turn and when we arrived in view of the bridge we couldn't see it. The famous fog had rolled in so quickly while we were on the bus trip that we missed out seeing the whole bridge that day. But it was still a beautiful sight.
