What would life be like for a cow?  I reckon pretty good if you were this one.  All that green grass to eat while looking at that beautiful country view.  It can't get much better.   This one didn't mind me being there at all, in fact, he was posing for the camera as he was looking off into the distance pondering what grass to eat next.  Highland are a Scottish breed of rustic cattle.  They have long horns and a long shaggy coat.  They look like they need a good hair cut with their fur over their eyes but I think that is part of the charm and why they look cute.
